Access Issue: Larimer County DNR Regulations
Details
There is no legal hiking, bouldering or climbing in Horsetooth Reservoir Park "except in designated areas." See the 2024 Regulations here: online.flippingbook.com/vie…
Description
Start at the bottom of the roof on two underclings, and climb power moves out the roof to a hard crux at the lip. Do a tough mantle, then climb the easy slab (5.4).
Location
Park approximately a half mile before the Duncan's Ridge parking lot, at the pulloff right after the "sail sign". This is the same parking spot for the Sunshine Boulder. Then walk south along animal trails for a half mile, and the boulder will be on your right, approximately 100 yards up from the reservoir.
