Description Suggest change

Climb moderate ice for 30 feet to the base of the column, then power up the 40 foot vertical column to a nice stance and belay from trees at the top.

Type 1 fun (before,during & after).

Location Suggest change

On the right side of Frankenstein Amphitheater 1/2 way between the top and the trestle is a large overhang with icicles hanging from the lip. Widows Walk is on the right end of the overhang and does not always form all the way to the ground.

Descend by walking around to the left passing the top of the Cave Route and Blobs.

Protection Suggest change

Standard ice rack.
