Description
This variation is rarely climbed. Cactus Arete is a variation of Cactus Garden that shares the same anchors as Cactus Garden. It's the arete just left of Cactus Garden. Basically, you climb into the base of the dihedral just below bolt number two, about 15' up, and instead of climbing in the dihedral you go left onto the arete. After pulling the arete moves, cut back right onto the normal route. This variation is only about 25' long.
