Sit start with you right hand on a sidepull to the right of the arete and left hand on any of the bad holds on the left. Pull of the ground and work up the arete to an obvious gaston with difficulty. Then top out.

The short arete to the left of Splendid.

This line is hard. Troy had much different beta from me and basically did the thing in one move. I had to pull up, hit the high left gaston, and fall right hand into the sidepull thing close the the arete above the start hold. Then I got right foot on a smear, left foot on a higher good foot, and throw LH up left to the slopey lip. The top out wasn't a gimme either.

This line has alright movement the way I did it but it's sharp and short, felt less awkward then The Runaway though. Why does boulder natural have so many "meh" moderates? Aug 22, 2016
