Description

This is the left tending extention of Blindluck. It offers a few more big moves which may or may not justify doing the lower crux. Watch out for the anchor. The fixe sport anchor biner is a bit stiff...

Good route, definitely worthwhile. Brutal early crux, though safe. Sustained 5.12- climbing with a few moves that feel harder.

I found this challenging to clean from the top, due to the leaning nature of this route. If possible, back-lead to clean it. Aug 22, 2011

Yeah Trav, that was a good day. We had no idea what Nate was up to. I kind of forgot all about that incident. Jul 30, 2007

This route was bolted by Nate in maybe 2003? as an alternate finish for blindluck. Before he could send it we (Travis M, George F., and Remo) all climbed it not knowing it was a new line. Minutes after the last of our group sends it, Nate and Chad approach, and tell us they are here to do the FA of their new route. Feeling bad as we pull the rope off of it we inform him it has been done x3. Thus he named his route Blindsided. Many thanks to nate for putting up so many routes in the area, and again apologies for this one. Jun 14, 2007
