Description

A fun thin climb that starts just to the right of Liquid Jade and Blue Light Special on the lower portion of the wall. Plenty of classic Smith crimps.

I don't see this & BLS as being in competition with one another, being completely different kinds of climbs; but rather that they complement each other. I think they are both great routes in their own way. Oct 6, 2017

Our group's opinion was unanimous - this is a more fun, technical puzzle route than blue light special. Great route. May 30, 2016

In my opinion, this a much more fun and more intuitive line than Blue Light Special to the left. Apr 14, 2014
This route is amazingly good: sustained five ten movement with footholds exactly where you would want them. It almost seems like you're climbing a route that was set to flow smoothly. This could potentially be a replacement warm up for the magic light/overboard routine. I've just never had the guts to break out of the mould and change things up. Dec 14, 2008
