This rock wins the prize for strangest name in the Flatirons, you need an advanced English degree to decipher it. Nonetheless it is an interesting crag with several good routes. Even the easiest route to the top is 5.7.

Getting There Suggest change

The shortest approach is from NCAR, hike to the Mesa Trail and turn north. When you hit Skunk Canyon, start bushwhacking up the creek. The first ridge on the right is Stairway to Heaven. The next tier is formed from Satan's Slab on the right, and the Achean Pronouncement on the left. Descending from the upper end of the formation, it is easier to head south to the Porch Alley trail (which descends from the Back Porch).
