● North Face of Mount Borah
Nov 9, 2025 · 3 pitches. Lead. Super Sick! Climbed with Hayden and Kyle. Approach through Rock Creek was good, climbed up through the right-side gully to get to the base. Steep snow for most of the climb, found a bit of alpine ice before the classic finish. I led a small pitch of alpine ice before the chockstone pitch, which Hayden led. After that, we found a little more alpine ice before a runout to the summit ridge. Great belay boulder at the top of the classic finish. Easy ridge scramble to the top! Chicken Out Ridge was scary in the dark, but we made it C to C in 18 hours!
