Jun 17, 2023 · Lead / Fell/Hung. Great lead and better than its rating gives it credit for at this time (1.7). The runout section at the top is full of great holds, so not bad at all.

Jun 7, 2023 · Lead / Fell/Hung. The holds (pockets) at the top were wet after the spring rain, but I managed to get by with a really deep pocket (of mud). Pumpy in a good way. Definitely going to retry with dry weather.

Apr 24, 2023 · Lead / Fell/Hung. Taught a friend how to lead belay on this climb. Took at the first clip to talk through things with him.
Suuuper cool climb with that sweet photo op at the top. Definitely need some extensions for the anchor if doing TR or you'll get quite a bit of rope drag. Anchors are on the very top of the boulder where an unbeatable view awaits you.

Apr 9, 2023 · Lead / Fell/Hung. Yet another route with very wet holds at the top in early spring or after a lot of rain. There are several solid options for beta at the top, which makes things interesting.

Apr 9, 2023 · Lead / Fell/Hung. I gave it an honest attempt, but hit the throw on the wrong spot and took a healthy whip on my first attempt. Short, but very, very sweet.

Apr 9, 2023 · Lead / Fell/Hung. There is one section where holds are scarce, but the good ones are where you need them as usual (just hard to spot amongst the multitude of terrible holds). Solid route, though!

Mar 25, 2023 · Lead / Fell/Hung. Super fun climb! My only issue was the wet holds at the roof. There were probably 2 to 3 holds that had gathered a lot of moisture after the early spring rain, which made the roof tougher than it should've been. I'll definitely be doing this again when it's dry.

Mar 18, 2023 · Lead / Flash. Great slab climbing with a couple back-to-back mantles. Beware of a the huge runout section of easy climbing up to a mantle with good holds. Falling during the runout would be devastating, so an R rating wouldn't be far off. A bolt should probably be placed here...
That being said, this route was super fun and a rewarding lead. Just don't fall. :)

Mar 17, 2023 · Lead / Flash. Solid route. Worth the climb. There are several hollow holds towards the top all in the same general area, which should be avoided.

Dec 8, 2020 · Follow. Description is good on this. The crux is between the 2nd and 3rd bolt, which I'd rate at a hard 5.9 move. This section will be harder for short people.
The best part is easily topping out and sitting on the pinnacle like a pony.

Dec 8, 2020 · TR. Located 5 feet right of two small pinnacles along the ledge of Photographer's Peak. Belay at the end of the ledge just before the flake. Highly recommend placing 1 or 2 medium pieces behind flake before heading up the flake to your first bolt.

Dec 7, 2020 · TR. Super sketchy lead, but a fun top rope. Start from the corridor on the SW corner. You'll have a view of the south side of Bell's Tower and Needle's Eye. There's a 30' scramble to a ridge, then another 15' feet to your first bolt. Belay from corridor.
