Description Suggest change

A challenging overhanging face and arete. A somewhat heady lead on finicky and small gear.  Start up the shallow corner and work right toward the arete for gear.  Up and move slightly right for a very small gear placement.  No back left and up to excellent horizontal.  Up a small vertical crack with more small gear options with a final movement back right to top out.  There is nothing good at the top out for anchor.  Possible anchor around right of arete and over Suspiciously Delicious.  I use a tree up high that currently (2025) has cordelette with a single carabiner.

You may want to consider top roping to work this one, mainly to sort the gear.  I rappelled down over edge and shortfixed on bomber gear in crack pocket directly over the route with this gear back upped by the rope to the tree.  Glad to share my gear beta if desired.  A great route / long and tall boulder problem in my opinion.

Location Suggest change

Left side of arete beside a steep gully at top of a rise.  Just left of Suspiciously Delicious.

Protection Suggest change

Small cams (micro cams) and nuts (peanuts or brass) mainly, black tricam, .75 or #1 for horizontal. Easy runout to tree for anchor.
