Description Suggest change

Striking mixed line up the center of the golden buttress that can be seen from the parking lot. Has a couple cruxes that one may find difficult if less than 6'. Scamper up easy slabs to reach the start of the angling crack. Thin gear to start but mostly 5.10 climbing up to where the wall steepens. Four bolts protect the bulge cruxes in the middle. Save enough for the pumpy hero finish up the steep layback (couple pieces of gear needed). The route stops at the top of this layback crack and clipping the anchors is hard, but definitely easier than the climbing above.

Location Suggest change

Not on a discernible formation or summit, but the NW buttress is quite obvious. Just west of the Superstructure spire. See photo for topo.

Protection Suggest change

Single rack; micro - hands, nuts, slings
