Description Suggest change

All gear adventure that sits high on the ridge and ascends the obvious corner system.

P1) 50' 5.8ish

Climb the slab and dirty cracks to gain the large belay ledge. Build anchor.

P2) 130' 5.11-

Head up the acute dihedral and then stay left. Careful of loose rock and hollow flakes! Surmount the large parrot flake and make a nest of micro cams before punching through the crux. Easier, but steeper climbing leads to the summit.

Descent; Find the bolted rappel anchor on the N corner of the formation. 80m rope will barely make it with a few downclimb moves.

Location Suggest change

This is on the NW face of the Barnacle. Just uphill from No Secrets Among Sailors.

Protection Suggest change

Double rack; micro to hands, single #4, nut/RPs
