OK, here's what the Euros do. If a climb is excessively short, then they grade it on a steep curve. They subtract grades to account for how supposedly easy a quick send should go. Something about how few calories you'd burn, or how few quickdraws you'd have to carry up or some such garbage. Basically this means that short climbs are balls hard. LIke Egon. This thing is terror, right in the face.

Rock up on steep gray wall climbing, clutching at whatever edges and desperate sidepulls present themselves. Reach high, step high, and hope to the heavens above you don't blow this; the falls would come quick and nasty. Tense, angry negotiations with gravity will see you to the chains. Maybe. Or maybe you'll end up ripping off and finding out truly if that GriGri can autolock.

On the far, far left side of Dornröschen, just a few climbs before you turn the corner for the climb up to King of Thrones. I think I remember the name faintly painted on the wall.

Somebody please post pictures of this putridity.

7 measly QD s. The show is over before you know it. And thank god, this one is equal parts cruel and horror show.  At least for the grade. A two-bolt anchor with rings will help you take off the soiled pants and to get you back to the ground. A 60M rope is plenty long enough.
