Description Suggest change

Excellent aréte climb with a cruxy start. Once you work your way up to the second bolt, you’ll find some good rest spots between tough sections. For the final two bolts, you can clip inside or outside of the cave. If you choose to clip the easier-to-reach bolts outside the cave, you’ll want to use some runners (probably 24”) to reduce rope drag. If you like arétes, dont skip this under-appreciated climb.

Location Suggest change

Obvious left aréte starting just inside the cave. Right of “Fighting Urak-hai” and left of “Balrog.”

Protection Suggest change

6 bolts. Bolt anchor. Rappel rings.
