Description Suggest change

A long and varied pitch. Excellent from start to finish. It is pretty well clean right now. I hope it eventually sees enough traffic to keep it that way. I know I will be taking a lap on it every time I am in the area.

Start up a cool balancy slab arete (2 bolts) that is much more challenging than it looks. Regroup on a good stance then launch into the crux slab/low angle face section (2 more bolts). From here to the top is just fun and no harder than 5.9. Friction past another bolt. Switch to trad mode for a spell as you move left and up a splitter layback slab corner. Make a fun mantle (bolts and gear) onto a ledge and puzzle out one more sequence (last bolt) to a finish jug/ledge and take in the view.

There are 7 bolts and 5 or 6 options for gear placement. Some seem more mandatory than others. If you are solid in the grade you won't need many. If you are breaking into 5.11 trad this is a well protected option but a few doubles will assure you have what you need when you need it.

If you are looking at the striking angling crack which is Journey to Lost World turn to your right and you will see the opening arete of Play Date with some obvious bolts.

Protection Suggest change

7 bolts and cams from #.5 to #3 ring anchor.
