Sit start on the tail of the balance boulder with good left hand undercling and a meatwrap to the right. 

Find a foot and smack up to the lip/ arete of the roof. Work your way up the arete and figure out how to gain the sidepull under the roof. Once here, continue the heelhooks and smacking  and figure out how to top out.

This is the full sit start into "Day Flow". Adds some technical body positioning and tension and some powerful core intensive moves.


The balance boulder/ banana shaped boulder to the left of "Pulsating Core"


2-3 pads. Landing is a bit awkward, and the landing drops for the mantle. A spotter.
