The VFW just a half mile south of the RR crossing is allowing people to park in their gravel parking lot and hike through their property to access the river and its climbing. Please be courteous, responsible, and consider giving them some business or thanking them and dropping a tip!
For 10 years most people parked in a dirt pullout by the RR tracks and hiked alongside the tracks to access the river but it is all BNSF property and hiking alongside the tracks is illegal. They have had multiple vehicles towed as of 3/12/2020.

Description
I’m sorry but this is a run and jump. Using a good sized shelf about two feet off the ground, launch yourself nine and a half more feet to a decent knob. Let muscle memory guide your path!
It’s worth trying this static. Rumor has it someone has climbed the middle of this face before.
Alternatively, establish on the slab and dyno to the lip. Quite morpho and easier this way if you’re tall.
