Description Suggest change

This is a sweet problem that climbs a cool hanging block with an amazing iron band/tufa around the left end of the Qual Wall. It's a nice boulder to hit on your way back from warming up at the Lonelies.

Start on a jug in the break under the block, and climb out on to the face using amazing iron band crimps, then bust out left to the arete.  Head up the arete, then move back right to top out.

Location Suggest change

Around the left end of the Qual Wall.  Follow the trail as for the Lonely Boulders, but as you start to head north, look to your right.  Quality Control is the large hanging block, with a distinctive diagonal iron band on the upper face.

Protection Suggest change

Pads and spotters. The landing is tiered, but can be flattened out nicely with enough pads. A spotter on the ledge will keep you safe for the crux moves.
