Stand Start.
Start with your hands on some small holds below the mini roof-like bulge feature on the Mouse House boulder. Head up and left (or right, the grade stays about the same) to surmount the bulge. Mantle and top out.

A sit start would be potentially possible, but it would bring up the grade by a lot!

On the mouse house boulder, directly below the mini-roof bulge feature.

This feels more like soft v1 if you start with the obvious starting holds. Using a large left know for your left and your right on the arete with a good side-pull, starting with the real small crimps under the roof makes it harder but very contrived. Apr 20, 2016

I agree with you. I did this problem twice, once going over the little roof on the left, and the other time on the right. I think that one of the ways was significantly harder than the other, and I really guesstimated the grades. Apr 21, 2016
