The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Start about 10 feet right of Slapstick (a three bolt route up a small, rounded arête) on the southwest face of Jellystone. Climb a groove to a scoop about ten feet up. Climb the twin cracks above, primarily using the left crack.
