Description

Start at the very left (west) end of the southwest face of Jellystone below a varnished right facing flake system near an arête.

Layback up the right facing flake (this portion of the route has been led; V1) to easier ground and a ledge. Climb the steep face and left arête of the upper block to the top (no lead pro without bolts).

V1: Start to the left of the normal start and climb the flake around to the left to the ledge (a bit easier than the normal start).

Location

Start at the very left (west end of the southwest face) of Jellystone below a varnished flake system near an arête.

It is the red line drawn in on the accompanying picture.

Protection

Medium cams and anchor rope comprise the TR anchor.
