Details
Black Rocks is in the Red Cliffs Desert Reserve redcliffsdesertreserve.com/. No climbing is allowed at Black Rocks from March 15 through June 30 in order to provide an undisturbed environment for Desert Tortoise en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gophe… mating.
In addition, all pets in the Reserve must be kept on a leash at all times.
Description
A mild start leads to a steep, sequential, and thin crux. Touchy climbing past a few more bolts busts over a small lip to the anchors.
Nice edges and a series of big flakes are the lure of this climb.
Aesthetic and fun.
