The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Climb a crack in the Tax Free dihedral to the right arete, pass two bolts with balancy crux moves above the second bolt, follow Tax Free's nice easy finger crack above.
