The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:

Description
Solo 40ft up to ledge with a bolt. Make crux move off ledge to left-facing flake. Surmount flake and continue up easy, heavily featured arete to steep headwall arete. Rap off from the Tax Man anchors.
