Massachusetts : North Shore : Lynn Woods
Lynn Woods BoulderingTim McGivern Gunks Apps 2019Boulder development in Lynn Woods spans decades, but in 2021 the Southeast New England Climbers' Coalition is hosting the third annual bouldering competition. This guide was developed specifically for the Boulder Bash comp and has been expanded for this year. It now covers about 30% of the problems in the park (177 out of ~600). The rock is predominantly Peabody Granite, which is generally good, with coarse, sometimes sharp, crystals. The problems we include have clear lines and obvious starts. Other information is limited to avoid providing "beta" to the competitors. Review the section "Boulder Information" for more details specific to each boulder. This guide has complete GPS maps and base photos for every included route. |
