Description
A collection of areas at the southeastern end of Stegosaurus Butte that is unique in that it contains the highest concentration of continuous crack systems that have been found (so far) in the Middle Fork.
All three areas share the same initial approach. The first area that will be reached is Room With a View, beyond that is the Goods, and beyond that is the Bad and the Ugly.
Getting There
Cross the bridge out of the parking lot and then take the Middle Fork trail east. A few minutes past the base of the Fee Demo slabs, take a climbers trail on the right that climbs into the forest. Follow this, walk up the log ramp, and then take a left onto the long log crossing the boggy area. Follow this past the Mothership boulder and follow the trail as it climbs steeply through talus. Soon you will encounter Room With a View (~30 minutes to here), 5-10 minutes past this is the Goods, and 5-10 minutes past that is the Bad and the Ugly.
Each sub-area also has more specific directions under its respective page.
