Description
A very well protected 3-pitch climb to the very top of the UUWB Main Wall.
Pitch 1: Climb up trending slightly right to a ring bolt anchor. (5.7) ~75 feet in length
Pitch 2: Climb straight up from the belay through a small roof (crux) and continue up to a 2-ring bolt anchor on the edge of a slight arete feature. (5.9+) ~95 feet in length
Pitch 3 - Climb over belay across vegetated ledge to a final, short wall and end at a two-ring bolt anchor behind the large red pine tree. (5.6) ~40 in length.
Note on the rappel: From the top of the third pitch, it may be tempting to try and skip the first set of anchors (top of the 2nd pitch) with a single 70m rope -- you will come up 10 feet short. Best to make 3 full raps.
