Description Suggest change

Start in a small alcove on the left (north) side of the Central Buttress.

P1: (~80 feet, 5.10-). Climb a prominent wide crack using face holds on the left and a few wide(ish) moves to gain the easier, left-facing corner above. Follow this to a small roof, and step right onto the arete where a short, left-arching crack leads to a 2 bolt anchor with chains.

P2: (~80 feet, 5.10-). Climb the short arete past a bolt and thin gear to merge into Rossiter's Central Buttress Left Variation where the crux is a step-across from one left-facing dihedral to the final left-facing dihedral leading to the 2 bolt anchor (with chains) shared with Grand Central.

Location Suggest change

It is located on the Central Buttress of the Lower Great Face, to the left of the route Wizard's Key.

Protection Suggest change

Rack to 3” with emphasis on small wires and RPs for pitch 2. Descend the route via 2 raps with a 70m rope!
