The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Start roughly 75 feet down and right of The Three Best Friends... in a depression at the base of the wall. Go up a chimney about 20 feet, then straight up a steep hand and fist crack to the top.
