The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:

Description
Start just up and right from the start of Grease Monkey at a big boulder leaning against the cliff. From the top of this boulder, you can gain an obvious, nice-looking dihedral, which is the line of this route.
From the top of the leaning boulder, climb the right-facing dihedral, then up and over a bulge to the top.
