Description Suggest change

Tortuga climbs a series of crimps and dishes over a rock landing in the river. The crux is a long lockoff/palm press in the middle of the face to reach the jugs.

Start low on a massive rail, with your right hand in the seam and your left hand on a sloper. Come out the roof to crimps and dishes, then make the massive reach to the next round of good seams, using some combination of heel hooks, lockoffs, or palm presses. Top out up and slightly right of the starting holds on jugs.

Location Suggest change

Tortuga is on the East face of the boulder facing the trail (Longmont Dam Rd.).
