Description Suggest change

Trends right from the middle of the wall through pockets on vertical rock, slabbing out on top. Mini-crux at transition from vertical to slab; can be tricky for some.

Once led and cleaned, the fall line of the rope creates a TR variant (5.7) which climbs up the center of the wall on a blocky left facing flake surrounded by more pockets.

Two routes in one: A 2-fer!

Location Suggest change

To the right of "Surmounting the Sumo," hike/scramble up a narrow channel for about 50 ft. The channel will open up on your left and you will be at the base of the route. The route is located in the middle of a ~30' tall wall. Great route for beginners!
