Description

Start up a steeper section on pockets and small edges for feet, with a strenuous second clip. Thereafter the angle continues easing. After the fifth bolt the top really rounds back and it's an easy walk to the anchors.

Location

Near the east (right) side, where the trail arrives at Pocket Rocks. On an east-facing aspect, to the left of Sabie's Eight, this route isn't in the Goss guide. Starts on the same ledge as Sabie's Eight.

Protection

5 bolts, single ring anchors.

Good route for a first lead. The bolts are so close together that at each clipping stance the last bolt is at your waste. Just make sure not to Z-clip. Almost no fall potential.
