Description Suggest change

From the high tide niche go steeply to a small overhang and a quartzite band.  Move in a leftward direction and belay at the base of a cone shaped groove.  The second pitch is the crux and the best on the route.  Up through the cone shaped groove and follow cracks to the arete on the left.  The last pitch is a let down and mostly a low 5th class scramble back to the abseil anchor.

Location Suggest change

Abseil 55m at low tide and scramble left (as facing the rock) about 40 feet to the low tide niche, and where right trending crack takes to the high tide niche.  Alternatively abseil directly (trending leftward) to the high tide niche.
