Yosemite National Park has yearly closures for Peregrine Falcon Protection March 1- July 15.
Always check the Yosemite website Peregrine Closure page at nps.gov/yose/planyourvisit/… for the most current details and park alerts, and to learn more about the peregrine falcon, and how closures help it survive. This page also shares closures and warning due to current fires, smoke, etc.
Second, seventh and ninth pitch are the crux pitches of the route. Majority of crux sections are protected by bolts. Route is set up for rappelling if desired. High quality rock climbing on a cool steep section of Fifi Buttress.
Route is right above the start of the long approach ledge on Fifi. Walk onto approach ledge. Just after the beginning of the approach ledge a few large block are passed, route starts on the north side of these blocks. On the left most side of these blocks theres a short hand crack which leads to a wide crack and an alcove above. Continue up passed alcove to first belay.
