Description

Start up the right-facing corner formed by the huge, separated block and the wall. It's immediately left of Black Bart. The crux is high: use of a long reach to a sidepull a bit off-line to the left allows the route to go at 5.9. A more direct move straight up onto the headwall is probably 10a/b.

Location

It is left of Black Bart.

Protection

11 bolts to a shared anchor with Black Bart.

I didn't find the left sidepull on the roof and went for the direct finish, the whole time calling down, "This is a 9?!" Haha, oh well, really fun route and should clean up nicely with more action. Sep 11, 2017

Really nice pitch. Maybe a little harder than a 9 for the onsight, but the moves are all there. Apr 29, 2018
