For 2022: per Daniel Bryant: they did extend the order, but what I found was that the closed area does not encompass any of the common climbing areas within Elevenmile Canyon.

Description
A few hundred yards above camp 2, the hillside opens up into a relatively flat meadow. One of the first boulders you approach sports a slab of rock shadowed by a much larger boulder resting on top of it. This problem starts standing, and a good foothold allows you to reach a thin rail. From the rail, gain the arete, traverse up and left on foot smears and small edges, and top out at maximum height.
