For 2022: per Daniel Bryant: they did extend the order, but what I found was that the closed area does not encompass any of the common climbing areas within Elevenmile Canyon.

Description
This is an interesting route in the cave to the right after you turn into the Spillway Campground. Stand start with a compression, and move up through a couple of positive and probably dirty rails until you hit the top lip of the rock. Move left and up using the lip, squeezing through the narrow opening between the walls until you reach the highest point of the lip, and then top out. Don't fall after you hit the lip, but the crux is the compression to start, so you'll probably be fine.
