This is a fairly good sized wall with room for quite a few routes. There is also a crack that goes up the center of the left side of the formation that I cleaned quite extensively and climbed a couple of years ago. I doubt I climbed that first. I know Johnny and Butch had done a couple of routes on this wall many years ago. This is the only route, out of about thirty, that I have been involved with that haven't been all clean gear. The Crack on the left was very dirty and loose, but now is very solid and takes very good gear. It is about 130 ft long and goes at about 5.7.

Brent go take a look it is the wall right on the road behind the store and let me know what you think. The approach is huge about 5 nminutes to walk around the water or 10 seconds if you walk through it. The route in the picture has the bottom 1/2 bolted to fairly solid gear at the top. I have also TR'ed a couple of other routes that would make excelent long moderate mixed pitches, but I am too cheap to buy the bolts. There is also other obvious gear routes on that wall that have probably been climbed before, I am guessing, but the best looking lines start over the water. Mike Jun 17, 2009
