Description

A prominent square buttress 1/4 mile down the trail, named for the carrot looking formation on its north side. The first routes put up at the gulch were here by the Page fire chief in 1993 or so. The chains at the top are easily accessed and provide a great top roping opportunity on a range of moderate climbs. Barrel O' Fun is probably the best route in the whole area. There has been some recent development on the Buttress by unknown climbers and I haven't been able to climb their new routes to get accurate grades and bolt locations/counts.  This info will be coming soon.

Getting There

1/4 mile down the trail from the parking spot.
