The Lake George region has a very long season, can heat up in the summer (but not unbearable) ive found the prime climbing seasons to be late spring (too early in spring and you might run into a bit of water and seeping on some cliffs) and fall, even with snow on the ground i have scavenged some great days on the rock surrounding a frozen lake with a bustling tourist town to return to and grab some food.
