Description Suggest change

3 short walls trending toward sport and affording a great diversion very close the hikers' unofficial path starting at Campsite 210 (map published on AllTrails) to the backside summit of the slide. The development is fairly recent (Although familiar with the wall, I found them well developed on a descent after a day of mixed scrambling in early April 2019 and I know they weren't developed much earlier than that). While some of the protection on the south east side of the lake can be suspect and spooky, these lines are really well done with good hardware. A rewarding addition or alternative to a day on the slide.

Getting There Suggest change

Once inside the campground, the trail head is at campsite 210, found either with a map from the gate house in-season or online at Reserve America in the off-season. If arriving by boat, 210 can be acquired from the beach by moving up the paved campsites' road away from the water (not parallel to) the beach (south), and not toward the Cove / Boulders (north). It's an unmarked but obvious trail to the summit, but you'll pass a perfect little fox den before bearing right into the crag as opposed to continuing up toward the summit.
