Description

The Murray Boulder is the kind that drives you crazy when you're wandering in the woods looking for boulder problems. It looks small and unclimbable from all but one side. This one side, the side facing away from the trail, is undercut and has the potential for a couple steep problems. It just goes to show that you must walk around every rock when you're scoping for problems. There's no telling what could be lurking around the next corner.

Getting There

Take a right at the cairn, and follow the trail uphill. When you see the XX Boulder on your immediate left, turn right, and you'll see the short slabby sides of the Murray Boulder. The good problems are facing away from you on the other side.
