Description
The South Wall of Bee Gorge has fewer routes than the north, but some of the routes are very quality, one of them a strong contender for the best route at the crag (30和60). Further west along the wall has not been developed and there are excellent opportunities on the massive southwest buttress for hard trad or sport multipitch routes.
Getting There
There are various little climbers' footpaths that wander into the center of the canyon. Follow those through the tall grass. Avoid venturing into the dried up river bed closer to the North Wall, as it is home to some crazy-looking green spiders once the foliage starts to get thick. Most of the routefinding is intuitive and fairly easy, as the only trails in the area are those that lead to the cliff faces.
