Description

The left-hand sector at Boragni’s main Bastion.
A compact area stacked with good to great routes in the 5 to 7 grades.

Around 50 routes with most route development occurring in the late eighties. A notable exception would be the offwidth route, S.O.S., put up in 1975.

Easy approach, cooler climbing in the warmer months, nice flat, wide base area, great rock, and great routes ranging from big pockets on pumpy 5’s to delicate footwork on classic 6’s and 7’s, all make this a popular venue.

A nice mix of longer and shorter routes. A few 15 meter routes, with a bunch of classics at 25 up to 30 and 40 meters (with some intermediate belay/rappel stations available at a shallow ledge around 14 meters off the deck).

Getting There

From the main parking lot, take the trail marked with red dots, pass under the Scorpion boulder, and head straight up to the main wall.

Alternatively, approach on the old road towards the central sector, staying left at the junction and come in on the right side.
