Pigeon Stool Wall Rock Climbing

The left three most routes; The Perils of Rocket Surgery, Route 66 and Fiddler on the Roof are accessed from Main Wall East since they are literally right next to each other. There isn't a safe way to get from M.W.E. to the rest of Pigeon Stool but it is technically possible. Here are the two most practical ways to get there:

1. Park at the Main Wall lot, hike up trail 248, take a right onto trail 247, ignore the first turn off (for the Main Wall) but at the nest turn off head up hill (Pigeon Stool trail). You'll start the incline at End of the Rope Crag, keep going up and don't go off any side trails. At the end the trail is pretty steep and loose but shortly after that you'll arrive at Pigeon Stool.

2. Park at the Main Wall lot, hike up trail 248, take a right onto trail 247, go up the first turn off to the Main Wall but when you reach it stay beneath the Snag Buttress and walk east through an open terrace. Once back in the trees (there's a completely blank sign) either head up hill to M.W.E. and Pigeon's leftmost routes or go slightly downhill through another open terrace. Walk along a brushy path going past Austerity Arete then quickly reach the Pigeon Stool trail, make a left and go up the steep loose trail.
