Description

Large block in the Gunga Din area. Climbs are north facing.

Getting There

From Whitney Portal Road, turn left on Horseshoe Meadows Road and drive for one half mile until a large square cut marble historical marker honoring the 1938 movie Gunga Din and a dirt road appear on the left. Turn down this road and bounce along for a short ways to a large parking area. The Chocolate Block is a large block up against a larger formation to the south.
