Antoine Savelli was nominated premier UIAGM High Mountain Guide in Chamonix France when certified at the Ecole Nationale de Ski et d'Alpinisme in 1987 holds numerous on sight free solo alpine records and was part of the GMHM (Groupe Milirtaire de Haute Montagne) an elite Alpine military group in th the French Alps in 1976-77 where he started guiding high ranking military NATO personal in the mountains, Antoine started climbing in 1969 in the mountains of Chamonix and the Dolomites
