This is the alternative ending to The Zephyr and a stellar way to finish the route. Enjoy as two pitches, or link if you don’t mind cruxing with a little rope drag. Climb the first 6 pitches of The Zephyr to access.

P1, 10d. Follow the right line up a slab passing a crux around bolt 7. Towards the top, trend back left until you join the anchor shared with Zephyr Tranquilo, 11 bolts, 55 feet.

P2, 11a. Climb past a few shared bolts, then move right to gain the arete. The crux comes around bolt 11 - hang on tight. This is the line to top out on if you’re into that kinda thing. Be safe, and don’t drop rocks on people, 14 bolts, 70 feet.

**Note on P2 per Kevin Gillest: there is “a death block to the right of the 4th bolt and arete, pulled it loose while climbing 9/28/24” We will remove this note when block is gone. For now the block is easy to avoid.

Descent: rap the route. See The Zephyr for detail.
