The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Steep short face with 3 bolts about 2/3 of the way up the Upper Tier descent gully. Still very chossy at the moment. Round hangers. Walk off by scrambling to climber's left and down.
